      In 1861, Jessamine Mason of Farnham, widow, and Charles Andrews of Farnham, gent (her mortgagee), conveyed the premises formerly known as 'The Swan' inn, with all associated buildings and land (see plan in -/1), situated in The Borough High Street, Farnham, to William Hazell of Farnham, draper.

      In 1887, William Price of Farnham, tea dealer, mortgaged the property, here described as 32 Borough, Farnham, to Anna Maria Andrews of Farnham, widow, and Richard Simmonds of Aldershot, miller.

      In 1920, Albert Oswald King of Farnham, hairdresser, conveyed 32 The Borough (see plan in -/3) to MacFisheries Ltd of the City of London
