      Contents:
      1. William Childe of Kinlet esq and William Lacon Childe esq, only son and heir of the body
      2. John White of Yarron in the parish of Astley co Worcs gentleman
      3. Edward Burton of Longnor esq and Thomas Crane of Habberley co Worcs gentleman
      Childe has a life interest with remainder to his sons in tail male under the will of William Lacon Childe esq his late grandfather deceased, with a reversion in fee to him as heir of his grandfather Lease and release of a cottage and garden on Hawkyard Common, Kinlet (William Bradley) and their interest in the common containing 71 acres, as now staked out from an adjoining common in the parish of Kinlet; and all tithes of corn and grain belonging to the Childes from the cottage, the common and a farm called Sillygrove farm (John White owner) not exchanged, and a rent of £1 payable to Childe from Sillygrove farm (reserving the part of Hawksyard Common which lies between Howell's Rough and the road between Sillygrove farm house and a coppice called the Furnace Mill Coppice (6.1.0) ) subject to rights of way over the common viz a road or waggon way leading from the Sturt Common into the Furnace Mill Coppice, being the road which leads into the turnpike road from Cleobury to Bewdley, and one bridle road or horse way leading from the road which passes by Sillygrove farm House into the said coppice to Thomas Crane his heirs and assigns to the use of John White his heirs and assigns
